Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
• Please contact us before sending anything back. Items sent without a return request can't be processed.

How to start a return

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with the return instructions.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, and you won't pay for return shipping.

Return shipping

For returns that aren't due to our error (for example, a change of mind), return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you and refund the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
